Shiraz is added for silky tannins and spiced fruit flavors.

  • Nose: Full red-berry flavors of black cherry and blackberry, a touch of cinnamon and smoke.
  • Mouth: Leans toward the full side with spicy dark fruit, and toasty oak notes.
  • Finish: Soft tannins and lingering dark fruits, spice and smoke round out the flavor
  • Pairing: Great with red meats and poultry, and the sweet fruit flavors of Pinotage make it an ideal match for spicy curries. with questions or comments about this web site. Design By AYS Consulting
