2009 Vintage, Umbria, central Italy. Fermentation is completed after 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Wine is then aged for 30 days in the bottle.

• Nose: Spiced apple, pear, tropical fruit zest.
• Mouth: Medium and round with a silky feel with white fruit flavors balanced with lemon zest.
• Finish: Soft landing on the rear palate with lingering tart fruit flavors, leans toward a dry finish
• Pairing: Seafood, chicken, lightly prepared white meats, fruit and mild cheese platter.
