2007 Vintage, Mendoza, Argentina. From the Otero Ramos wine family, winner of several international gold and silver medals. Standard plus secondary maloactic fermentation, aged for 12 months in French and American oak.
- Nose: Fig, plum, dark berries, wisp of smoky oak.
- Mouth: Full round body, plum and dried dark fruit, hints of vanilla and smoke.
- Finish: Long, will balanced, dark fruit, bakers chocolate and vanila.
- Pairing: Excellent with grilled meats, poultry dishes and pasta with meat sauces. Serve near 65*F.
