2008 Vintage, Murray River Appellation, South Australia. The vineyard soil is primarily red sand allowing for good drainage. This combined with all stainless steel fermentation produces a fruit driven oak free wine that's perfect for hot summer nights.

• Nose: Melon, peach and spiced baked apple with light citrus notes.
• Mouth: Medium body well rounded with rich fruit and hints of pie slices.
• Finish: Smooth, lingering white peach, melon, light spice, leans slightly to the sweet side with some acid.
• Pairing: Light white fish, ginger sauteed prawns, shrimp cocktail, green salad with baby basil.
