2008 Vintage, La Roda, a village in Albacete, located in the southeastern area of Spain. Aged in French, American and Acacia casks for a minimum of 4 months.

• Nose: Black cherry, dark plum, wisp of sandalwood
• Mouth: Medium body with a dark fruit, ripe fruit, and undertones of smoky cedar.
• Finish: Long with plum and black cherry fruit, and medium tannins
• Pairing: Great for grilled meats, BBQ and simple pasta dishes.
